How quickly will Makeloo respond?

Usually within 1–2 business days.

What is the minimum order?

A professional account starts at 25 items per order. Advantageous shop conditions are tied to the approved purchasing tier and regular commitment.

How long does custom processing take?

The currently published planning range is 4 to 8 weeks. The schedule is confirmed for each project.

Is the yarn dyed?

Yarn is supplied undyed by default. Custom dyeing is available on request.
