DELIVERY

Delivery methods, times and fees are described in our shipping policy. Standard shipping is free on any order of $100.00 CAD or more before taxes (Canada and United States). The fees that apply are those shown at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All goods sold on our Site are non-refundable. We will only refund your order if we are unable to fulfil it correctly because of an error on our part. This policy does not affect the legal warranties provided under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

We are happy to accept yarn returns for store credit within 90 days of purchase, provided the yarn is unused, in its original condition and returned with the original receipt.

A store credit will be issued once we receive your return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order was filled incorrectly. We cannot take responsibility for exchanged items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns of needles, accessories, toiletries or sale items.
