When you purchase goods on our Site, the goods will be delivered by one of the following methods:

Shop pickup

Delivery with Canada Post or other service (Canadian and US orders). We have recently added a discounted shipping service that will be slower than our expedited or tracked delivery options. If you're not in a hurry to receive your items, save money by selecting this option. We expect delivery 2 weeks after placing an order, but as this service is new to us, we may update this estimate in the future.

Delivery with various services (International orders outside USA). We will select the best tracking service for your delivery location - if none is available, we will contact you.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. Please note that, unfortunately, Makeloo Studio cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive.

International orders may be subject to customs and other fees.

Please note that gift card purchases will not count towards the cart total qualifying your order for free shipping.

For delivery in Canada :

12 Tracked parcels; Delivery time approximately 2 weeks. Not insured.

18.00 Expedited Parcel; traceable and insured up to $100.

For orders of $200.00 or more before taxes: FREE TRACKED PARCEL DELIVERY!

For delivery in the continental United States :

15 Tracked Parcel; Delivery time approx. 2 weeks. Not insured.

22.00 Tracked Parcel; fast service via Canada Post.

For international delivery, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:

Orders to international locations other than the continental U.S. are sent via the most appropriate service for your location.

35.00 Flat rate, tracking

We will contact you if tracking is unavailable or additional charges apply before processing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All goods sold on our Site are non-refundable. We will only refund your order if we cannot fulfil it correctly due to an error.

We are happy to accept wire returns for store credit within 90 days of purchase if it is unused, is in its original condition and with the original receipt.

A credit will be issued upon receipt of your return. Return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order has been filled incorrectly. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns of needles, accessories, toiletries or sale items.
